Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with everything you purchase from us here at However, if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with as long as your turn it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch confirmation email.


Please review the following conditions before you proceed with the return:


  • All items must be unworn


  • The items must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them.


  • Items that have been washed and/or worn beyond size testing can't be accepted.


  • Please return the product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition, along with all original packaging.


  • The items should be sent back to us with a note to state the reason why you are returning the item. You must include your order number with your return, as failing to do this could result in you not receiving a refund as we may not be able to locate you on our systems.


  • All returned items must be in original and resalable condition (all tickets and price tag should still be attached).


  • Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be re-sellable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.


  • Please note Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product back to us.


  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so ensure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!


  • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.


  • We recommend that you send the returns by Recorded Delivery or similar method of shipping, which provides written proof that the package has been dispatched.


  • If you do choose to use a standard service which may mean your order cannot be tracked, we cannot be held responsible for your lost order therefore we will be unable to process your claim.


  • Regrettably, without such proof of postage, we cannot accept any claims for lost items.


  • Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded.


  • We will refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items. This excludes the original delivery charge.


  • Refunds will be paid in the same form originally used for the purchase, within 30 days from the day when you give us notice of cancellation.


  • If you are over the 14 day return period, it is with regret that we cannot provide a refund, unless your item is faulty, in which case you are entitled to a full refund.


Additional Notes

  • Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer exchanges. If you do wish to return your item, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. Please note that the cost of postage will not be refunded.
  • We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the products in the event that you do not return the products or you return them at our expense.


How Do I Return An Item?

  • If you are using the Royal Mail, please return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

  • If you use alternative parcel company, we strongly recommend recorded or signed for delivery so the parcel is insured and trackable as all goods are the customer's responsibility until they have reached our warehouse.
